Check List for Online Service(Inspection)

Inspection of H.T. (Upto 33KV) Installation (Sub-Station/Transformer, Generating Set & Solar Power Plant) (Form-A2).

For Sub-Station/Transformer (installed by Supplier i.e. UHBVN or DHBVN).

  • Copy of Deposited Treasury Challan for inspection fee as per the latest fee scheduled under the Head of Account: 0043-51-102-51-51 fee under the Indian Electricity Rules.
  • Single Line Diagram of Electrical installation (SLD).

For Sub-Station/Transformer/Generating Set (installed by other than Supplier i.e. UHBVN or DHBVN).

  • Copy of Demand Notice issued by UHBVN/DHBVN.
  • Deposited Treasury Challan for inspection fee as per the latest fee schedule under the Head of Account: 0043-51-102-51-51 fee under the Indian Electricity Rules.
  • Invoice of Transformer/DG Set/Turbine etc along with their Manufacturer Test Certificates.
  • Completion & Test report duly signed by Electrical Supervisor and Authorised Electrical ‘A Class Contractor of Haryana State.
  • Single Line Diagram of Electrical installation duly signed by Engineer & Owner of the installation below 500 KVA capacity of Transformer/DG Set/Turbine etc. If the capacity of the Transformer/DG Set/Turbine is 500 KVA and above rating then the Single Line Diagram should be approved by Chief Electrical Inspector.
  • Invoice of Fire Extinguisher system/apparatus installed at the site.
  • Structure stability report issued by authorized Architect/Engineer, if DG set installed on the roof of the building.

 Inspection of H.T Lines (upto 33 KV) (Form-B-2)

For Lines (installed by Supplier i.e. UHBVN or DHBVN).

  • Copy of Deposited Treasury Challan for inspection fee a per the latest fee schedule under the Head of Account: 0043-51-102-51-51 fee under the Indian Electricity Rules.
  • Single Line Diagram of Electrical installation.

      For Lines (installed by other than Supplier i.e. UHBVN or DHBVN).

  • Copy of Demand Notice issued by UHBVN/DHBVN.
  • Deposited Treasury Challan for inspection fee as per the latest fee schedule under the Head of Account: 0043-51-102-51-51 fee under the Indian Electricity Rules.
  • Invoice of Conductor/Cable etc along with their Manufacturer Test Certificates.
  • Completion & Test report duly signed by Electrical Supervisor and Authorised Electrical ‘A Class Contractor of Haryana State.
  • Single Line Diagram of Electrical installation.
