a) Matriculation certificate indicating date of birth.
b) Degree in Electrical Engg. or equivalent.
c) Residence Proof.
d) I D Proof.
e) Photographs 2 Nos.
f) Medical fitness certificate in case age is above 55 years.
g) Copy of retirement orders for retired engineers.
h) Specimen signatures 3 Nos.
i) Treasury Challan of Rs 350/- deposited in any treasury of Haryana under Head of account :- ‘0043-Taxes and Duties on Electricity –Other Receipts fees payable under I.E. rules, 1956”.
